BIG Ideas to BIG Results: Remake and Recharge Your Company, Fast
From a relational and IT point of view, working in a company heavily relies on digital tools. The first generation of collaborative tools and practices (1990-2010) was based on concepts of the paper era (mail, printing, filing, etc.).
However, collaborative usages within the general public have been fast developing, clearly showing that simpler and more effective alternatives do exist. In 2000, experts predicted that the biggest threat to the Encyclopaedia Brittanica was Microsoft Encarta with all its numeric content. It was impossible for them to envision that the Wikipedia model, born only a year later, would actually soon overtake them both. The following decade saw the multiplying of more straightforward and efficient practices that had been previously unthinkable.
This is both a cultural and technological disruption.
This disruption represents a strategic opportunity for organisations. Some have already seized it.
By definition, this disruption is drastic. We must therefore focus on the benefits offered directly to each employee.
Simplifying the way we work
Traditional IT frameworks are already 30 years old. In contrast, collaborative networks popularised by the web prove that new organisational models are relevant. Wikipedia, as well as thousands of other initiatives, show that it is possible to seamlessly share knowledge.
Web culture is a real originator of efficiency: to enter this new era, both IT and end-users networks need to become strategic topics. ./strong>It starts with a change in mindsets.
With cloud computing, organisations can instanteneously access the world’s best IT tools and infrastuctures at a fraction of the price and capitalise on the strength of leaders in the cloud computing space such as Google, Amazon or Salesforce. This technological disruption, together with the adoption of the web culture, creates real opportunities for organisations: team synchronisation, scalability, adaptibility and mobility finally become a reality.
Digital Collab expertise will bring concrete answers to your needs in just a few weeks. We know how important it is for organisations to be able to quickly feel the effects of changes.
How we work
Step by step
The way we work is deliberately incremental: we focus on short, concrete projects centered around particular usages, rather than immediately try and design an exhaustive new IT framework. This allows us to work alongside - and complement - the changes in both your organisation and the cloud computing offering.
Our main moto is client satisfaction. We want our clients, our partners and our members of staff to be happy about the job done as well as the conditions in which the project has been run.
As far as we are concerned, everyone is a client, including the people in our own team. This is why we encourage our clients to introduce a satisfaction bonus before the start of each project. This bonus is only paid at the end of the project, proportionaly to the clients satisfaction level.
